5. Service Bookings

are requests only;

may be declined, rescheduled, or cancelled at our discretion.

No payment is taken online.

6. Refunds, Returns & Cooling-Off

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

there is no cooling-off period for vehicle purchases;
we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind;
once a vehicle sale is completed and delivery has occurred, the purchase is final.

Customers are encouraged to inspect, test drive, and make independent enquiries before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Extended Warranties

Any extended warranty offered in connection with a vehicle purchase:

is a separate product from the vehicle;
is administered by an independent third-party warranty provider; and
is governed solely by the warranty provider’s own terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for warranty claims, coverage decisions, cancellations, or refunds made by the warranty provider.

8. Finance – Third-Party Referral Only

We do not provide credit or finance in-house.

Any finance is provided by independent third-party finance providers. We act only as a referrer and do not:

provide credit advice;
recommend specific loan products; or
assess suitability of finance.

Any finance agreement is strictly between you and the finance provider and is separate from the vehicle sale.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, vehicle purchases are not conditional on finance approval.

We may receive a referral commission, which will be disclosed where required by law.
